What's not included.
We don't believe in hiding costs, so here's what isn't in the monthly fee:
- — Hardware. We don't mark up laptops, switches, or cameras. Quoted direct from distributor at cost + 5%.
- — SaaS licenses (M365, Adobe, Avid). Passed through at list price. No margin.
- — ISP & circuits. We manage them, we don't resell them.
- — Large projects (office moves, full cable pulls). Scoped separately on T&M or fixed-bid.
Pricing FAQ.
Why do you publish pricing when no one else does?
Because pricing opacity is a tax on your time. If you can't tell whether to take a call without knowing if the bill will start with a 1 or a 3, you're being disrespected. We'd rather filter the fit up front.
Are these prices real, or "starting at"?
Real. The only variance is headcount and add-ons. Same price for a 20-person firm in Culver City as a 20-person firm in Pasadena.
What's the minimum user count?
Ten. Under 10, managed IT is usually the wrong model — we'll refer you to a break-fix partner we trust.
Is there a setup fee?
$995 onboarding, waived if you prepay 12 months.
Do you require a long contract?
No. Month-to-month. We earn the relationship every month.
How does the 15-minute SLA work?
From ticket creation, a named engineer responds — by phone, Teams, or email — within 15 minutes, 24/7 on Pro and Studio tiers. Miss the SLA twice in a month on Studio tier and your next month is free.
Do you mark up M365 licenses?
No. Cost + zero. We'd rather charge fair management fees than hide margin in licenses.
What's your cancellation policy?
30 days' notice. We hand off everything — documentation, passwords, API keys — to your next provider. No data hostage nonsense.
What's TPN alignment and do I need it?
Trusted Partner Network — MPA/MovieLabs' security standard for anyone touching studio content. If you work on anything with a major or streamer attached, yes.
Do you have references I can actually call?
Yes. After the audit, we'll give you 3 names in your industry in LA. Real phone numbers, not a PDF.
